The EBA has a history of holding congresses, and bids are submitted by members residing in Europe.
The bids will be notified in the General Assembly after the executive committee agrees and must be approved by the members.
A direct request from a congress organiser will not be accepted. However, if congress organisers are interested in hosting a congress, they can contact the secretariat to be added to the list of congress organisers. This list can be used by members to find a suitable organiser.
The member is responsible for informing the executive committee of the progress of the congress. The executive committee has the final (financial) responsibility.
