The EBA has the history that to hold a congress, bids are made by members of the EBA and are residents of Europe.
The bids will be notified in the General Assembly after the agreement of the executive committee and must be approved by the members.
Directly request of a congress organizer will not be accepted. However, if congress organizers are interested in hosting a congress they can contact the secretariat so they can be added to the list of congress organizers. This list can be used by members to find a suitable organizer.
The member has the responsibility to inform the executive committee about the progress of the congress. The executive committee has the final (financial) responsibility.
