PAM Committee
The P.A.M. Committee consists of representatives from non-medical groups. Tasks and members of the PAM Committee.
As you may know, Professions Allied to Medicine (PAM) refers to all burn care professionals who are not medically trained as doctors, surgeons, or anaesthesiologists. PAM members include โ but are not limited to โ nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, dietitians, and other allied professionals involved in burn care.
We currently have two committee vacancies and are especially eager to increase representation from Southern European countries.
We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about advancing burn care through collaborative, multidisciplinary engagement. Applications will be accepted until August 25, 2025. Final selections will be made by PAM committee voting. Successful candidates will be invited to give a short (approximately 5-minute) presentation during the PAM session at the next EBA Congress โ either in person or via a recorded video. This will be an opportunity to introduce themselves and share their motivation.
