Call for candidates EBA executive committee
The mandate of four members of the EBA executive committee ends in September 2025. We are therefore calling all those members who might be interested in working on the executive committee.
Candidates should send their official nomination application form, with:
- A short biography and CV
- Short text with the reason why you want to be a member of the ExCo (max 300 words)
- A photograph
All documents must be sent by email to the EBA Society Office (eba@congresscare.com) using the nomination form before August 11, 2025. No applications will be accepted after this deadline.

Terms and conditions
- One nomination requires 4 signatures (one from the applicant, one from the proposing person and two more from EBA members as endorsers). These can be collected on one nomination form or submitted on separate nomination forms (PDF file or files). All copies should be filled out adequately for identification and signed before being scanned.
- All candidates must be active members of the EBA for at least 1 year and have paid all their membership dues.
- Attendance at the General Assembly is required. If you are unable to attend the General Assembly meeting, you are not eligible for a position on the Executive Committee.
- There may be several candidates, but only the candidates with the majority of the votes will be elected to the executive committee. Only active members of EBA can vote during the General Assembly.
- The elected executive committee members will be in place for 2 years.
